Frequently Asked Questions
Pool fencing & balustrades

Is glass safe to use as a kitchen splashback behind a cooktop?
Yes — we use toughened, heat-rated glass specifically rated for use behind gas and electric cooktops. The glass must maintain a minimum clearance from the flame source (typically 80mm for gas), which we assess and advise on during your measure.
Can I choose any colour for my splashback?
Yes. We can match virtually any colour from the Dulux range using a painted glass process — the paint is applied to the back of the glass and then toughened, so the colour is permanently sealed and won't peel or fade.
How do I clean a glass splashback?
Glass splashbacks are one of the easiest kitchen surfaces to maintain — a wipe with a damp cloth or a spray of glass cleaner is all that's needed. No grout lines means no scrubbing and no mould.
How long does installation take?
Most splashback and mirror installations are completed in 1–3 hours. Larger projects or multi-room installs may take a half or full day. We'll give you an accurate time estimate at the quote stage.
